Currently, we are launching our presence in Ukraine and are looking for a Business Developer to help us grow and scale our operations in the Ukrainian market.
Business Development Manager (Ukraine) – Industrial Automation Solutions
The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting ELMARK products and solutions, and building and strengthening the company’s position in the Ukrainian market. This role combines technical knowledge with sales and relationship-building skills.
We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented person (female or male) who is open to new challenges and ready to actively develop ELMARK’s presence in Ukraine.
Key Tasks
- Identifying and acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Building and strengthening the ELMARK brand in the Ukrainian market.
- Collaborating with clients on technical and commercial projects.
- Preparing commercial offers and business proposals.
- Providing technical support to clients (pre-sales support and basic post-sales service).
- Promoting products and solutions (client meetings, seminars, trade fairs, presentations, and developing technical/marketing materials).
- Regular meetings with clients across Ukraine.
- Translating technical and marketing materials and publishing them on the company website.
Requirements
- University degree in Electronics or related fields (Automation, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, IT, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
- Experience in sales, preferably within industrial or technical solutions.
- Knowledge of industrial automation solutions and the energy market.
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian industrial automation market.
- High level of professional etiquette and ease in establishing business relationships.
- Strong motivation to learn and continuously expand technical knowledge.
- Good command of English for business and technical communication.
- Willingness to travel across Ukraine to visit clients.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Energy, reliability, punctuality, responsibility, and commitment.
- A clear career path and the ability to document previous employment.
