Komputer  ten posiada najbardziej niezawodną konstrukcję, dostarczając podwójny interfejs bezprzewodowy, wejścia/wyjścia, dla szerokiego spektrum zastosowań. V2403 został zaprojektowany aby pracować w nawet bardzo trudnych warunkach, w temperaturach od  -40 do 70°C, ze dedykowanymi modułami bezprzewodowymi. Status komputera można łatwo monitorować dzięki wbudowanej funkcji "Moxa Proactive Monitoroing", która dostarcza informacje na temat I/O, alertów, temperatury komputera, a także zarządzania energią.
